Beach Haven
Framing work has been completed, including ceiling batten installation. All aluminium joinery and stairs have been installed, and cavity wrap construction has been completed, with inspections for Blocks B and C successfully carried out. Cladding installation on Block C1 has been completed, while cladding on Block C2 and Block B is ongoing. Elephant board has been delivered for Block C, and exterior painting has commenced on Blocks C1 and B. Internally, door installation is ongoing, with all pre-line plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning work completed. Insulation installation is currently in progress.
